How does the 15% lesson discount work?+

Regular plan members automatically receive 15% off every lesson booking. The discount is applied at checkout — you'll see the reduced price before confirming. On a £35/hr tutor, that saves over £5 per lesson, so the plan pays for itself after just 2–3 lessons per month.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?+

Yes, always. Cancel anytime from your account settings with no fees or penalties. You'll keep access to Regular features until the end of your billing period.

What's included in the free 7-day trial?+

The free trial gives you full access to all Regular plan features for 7 days including the 15% lesson discount. No card required to start — you only add payment details if you decide to continue.

Are there any booking fees or hidden charges?+

No booking fees, no transaction fees, no hidden charges. The only costs are the platform subscription (optional) and the tutor's lesson rate. What you see is what you pay.

What payment methods do you accept?+

We accept all major UK debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex). Lessons are charged at the time of booking. School accounts can arrange invoice-based billing.
